The Refining International Procurement Office, located in Shanghai, aims at facilitating the purchasing projects of various internal stakeholders with suppliers in SouthEast Asia (mainly China). It opens the following position:

Quality and audit internship

Internship description

In liaison with the audit and quality specialist manager, participates to:

- the preparations and achievements of audits/assessments/inspections

- the follow-up of related corrective actions

- the technical suppliers’ requests for information and questionnaire completion

- the relations with the different technical stakeholders

- other tasks related to the IPO

- Technical experts and internal technical organization

- Category managers and purchasers, mainly in Europe

- Suppliers, mainly Chinese

Selection criteria

- Engineer student, mechanical, welding and/or, chemical engineer appreciated

- Knowledge in health, safety, environment management systems, social management systems appreciated

- Knowledge in heavy industrial equipment (valves, piping…) and related processes appreciated

- Good command in English, French knowledge appreciated

- Bilingual mandarin

- Good communication skills

Duration

- Flexible and open to discussion, long duration appreciated

Conditions

- Chinese labor law

- 5 days a week

- 100 RMB per day (before tax)
