（该岗位优先面向最后一学年的硕士/博士同学，实习期结束后有直接获得offer的机会）

Position title: Vitrified Bonded Abrasives R&D Intern 陶瓷固结磨具研发组实习生

·         Education: Master degree and/or above. PhD will be plus. Strong master with good research potential can also be considered.

·         Majority: material science, preferred with research background on ceramics, including glass

·         Period: 6 months preferred. Could be offered for permanent position if the intern has good performance.

·         Onboard time: asap. no later than April, 30^th.  

·         The main work topics:

- New kind of agglomerate: to develop tougher and cheaper agglomerate

- Fly ash / glass ceramic as bond: to develop stronger bond
